Well im calling Ghana to win over the U.S. today. Only one goal scored all WC and it was an own goal against the U.S. Not enough offense to take on Ghana who has been possessed lately.

Italy over the Czech as well or at least tie.

Its tough for me to tell if a new comment has been made by glancing. I have to look at the times and who wrote to actually tell.

The last forum would change colors when new comments were added. That is the main thing that sticks out.

too funny.. talked to a client today that lives in Edinburgh, Scotland. We started chatting about soccer, and I mentioned "hey you must be excited seeing England doing so well".. well the Scotsman replies "I don't give a damn sh!t about the bloody brits, I hope the Argentineans win it all". Then I say "but you are all part of the same country" and he replies "ehh that’s nuthin' but a formality.. We have our own football team 'Scotland' and ehhh, dey didn't they do so well, so yeah..hoping the Argentineans win and kick the brits arse".. I started laughing and he laughed too.

Later I though about that and remembered the rivalry within the UK and then remembered that the UK went to war with Argentina back in the 80's over the Falkland Islands, so anyone who is anti England with in the UK would surely pick Argentina out of spite. However the rivalry between Northern Ireland, Scotland and England spans far more then decades.

I know Brasil handed Ghana's arse to them the other day. Game was stopped with the score 3-0 ( Ghana couldn't get the ball across the midfield line). Brasil was running all kinds of crazy plays and taking shots left and right. Gotta hand it to the goalie for Ghana because it could have been much worse. I would rather see a more evenly matched game but it was interesting to see Brasil with hardly any pressure just playing.

I was impressed by the skills of the Ivory Coast team. Their passing skills and teamwork was worth the attention.

I would like to see a italy v portugal final with italy winning it all. But to be honest Germany is playing very well and on the home field. France is possessed right now. Portugal will have all of their players back next game from suspensions and Italy is just now starting to find their stride. Therefore I would not put money on any team to win it. Its a coin flip.......

well if you watched the france-brazil.....I don't see how you can talk about zidane like this....he is still the best player ever, when he has the ball he make the opponents looking like kids playing in elementary school.
we have the best defense and so fast they float like a butterfly and sting like a bee.
I don't know but we could meet somewhere to get fresh beers and watch a good game.
iI would prefer France to win but ehhhh what I want the most it is to see a superb game between france and italy.

I agree I would love to see an amazing final. Zidane is one of the best ever and he did control Brazil every step of the way. Hell he will be 80 and still have that uncanny ability but it is nice to throw a couple of cheap shots at ya.

But Francky you have to admit your keeper sucks balls!!! You would have a better chance with Zidane back there just clearing everything with his feet. He almost let Portugal back in the game by his little volleyball set, and Figo choked on the header.

A sad way to see Zidane leave his national team. I think the coach should of had Henry sit down during the middle of the game to make it to the shootout cause they could of used his leadership.

The Italians played well the first half but fatigued in the second half. It was a fun game to watch I just hate pk's...I almost had a heart attack when I had to take mine in nationals. I couldnt imagine in the WC
