The deal with Costa is that their is a locals price. Key is to get to know someone who can get you that price. I have a few cousins in costa who make reservations for me and I save a ton!

Still pretty cheap(relatively speaking). Booked my trip through Tico Travel again, and for three people, round trip and a Terios for 13 days in July for $524.42 pp.:)
