thanks Clambake for asking...well there are the up and down but globally my back has improved, the most pain come from the tail bone. Anyway to make a long story short I cannot surf 9hours straight as I used to but I can surf 1 hour without pain, so I am back in the lineup.
and for sure I will be surfing this weekend with "Madame"

If I was you 2 I'd be getting a room in Melbourne/Cocoa and both drive thus halfing Madames round trip....

that is if the budget allows. Right now my plan is head up on Saturday and return on Sunday but we still have a couple of days left so that may change (plus my car is not behaving well right now so I may need a ride :( )
