California: I am leaving + rentals

Well how to say this.....my company has merged with another company based in San Diego. As a result I have to go and live in Cali and find some tennants for my condo in Deerfield in the next three months.
It's on military trail and SW 10th street (accross the plaza). I have bamboo floor and just put accordion hurricane shutters...basically that mean you can go surfing before the hurricane and then 5 minutes prior to the Hit you can close in a minute all the shutters: pimping.
to this you have a lake view and at the club house : jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym and bbqs.

Now what does that means...I am going to Cali to surf perfect waves and go snowboarding.
if you guys know anybody around : Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Cardiff by the sea. I am looking for a place to rent there.

I remember going back 3 years when you were still in europe finishing your masters and poped on this forum looking for a room to rent in the US..now look at you...all established and moving to cali on a job transfer. you have accomplished a lot in a short period of time. i'm proud of you man and sux to see you leave FL but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I just moved here from San Diego county, your going to love it. Many really good breaks near by and mexico is very weekendable. I miss it so much. I have been here for 3 months and I have yet to see a decent wave break. maybe this hurricane will give us something. i have my fingers crossed
