this was thurs lunchtime; my boss and i have an unspoken agreement that i don't call off and he understands if i need to get out of the office for a few hrs:cool:
i don't abuse it, though... but i knew it was going to be one of those days...
i couldn't get anywhere near my favorite spot this day- people were throwing all their boards into one persons truck, running a mile or more; and unloading. parking sucks sometimes. the drift would have taken me there, eventually. i just got done reading a part of my bascom book about anyone that has seen an offshore wind against a good swell... this is the first time i have seen or surfed these conditions. it was some of the best and scariest waves i have ridden to date... good times.:)
