Theres a pretty nice spot in costa rica where you can rent a pretty nice little house ( shack/cottage kinda style ), it has what you need around it surf shop, restaraunt and something else i cant remember, i have a pamphlet somewhere in my house if you wanna know more about it. Rent was like 1k but for a week or two

but costa the airfare is to $$$$

I want something under 300 r/t and accomidations for around 200 for the week. i know I can get by on food for 100, beans and rice work for me. I only have 600 to spend.

On the up side gas is getting cheaper so maybe airfare will drop a bit....

very tru. I remember in Oct 2005 going to Costa Rica Flying US Air out of Ft Lauderdale for 209.00 R/T.. It would be nice if those days returned again.
