I made a mention to my guy today about picking up straglers to fish on our boat. He got all bent outta shape.
I said i feel bad, fishing the pier, docks,etc. when you want to go offshore but can't sucks. And he said he had to do it. Then got wierd like you all are psycos. I said most are married, bored or, killing time at work.
Anyway, just wanted to vent re: fishing n u guys. And you thought u couldnt figure girls out....lol:confused:

That's why everyone has turned it down. lol Most guys would prob be the same way but it's the xtc family. Seems like almost everyone's been around for quite a while or has meet up with most some time or another

Oh and by the way I'm not boat less I have pontoon if you want to call it a boat. Great for a relaxing day and partying. I 've thought about taking it off shore on a death trip

Actually the wierd thing is that both of us have met alot of the peps from here and everything was way cool. He was chattin up a storm each time. Seems he forgot about that.
Anyway, the offer IS open if anyone wants to go out fishing w/ us. I forgot that this weekend is air n sea show and the bug is still in my chest, so this weekend is out.
BTW, JR is a cool guy, i figured out what set him off in my 2 hrs. of sleep last night. Something so minute to me i didn't put it in the post, but it's cool now.;)
JR and our Marina One guy went offshore to fish. Tried to call, but they must be too far out. I'll let you know what they caught. I'm dying.....I want to fish.
Be careful, there is a nasty bug around, keep your immune system up.:)
They got 3 small ( 5-9 lbs.) dolphin. They needed their chummer (me). Good news is i'm feeling better and FISHING tomorow!!!!!!!:)

Sunday just the 2 of us. Found 2 seperate pieces of wood w/ dolphin. Only thing was we couldn't get the bigger ones to come up. Nabbed 4 7-8 lbs.'rs.
Learned how to fillet. New talent....lol

went out fri got 1 snook under and 2 keeper snappers, saturday 3 snook 1 keeper 1 keeper mangrover two small moonfish. boatless as a mother. but two of my friends just got boats so Im good to go

You are so set. After owning a boat, i say, it's always better to hop along w/ the other person who owns. Good for you.
Remember, gas $, beer, ice, and the all important.....HELP wash down.
We had one dude take off after fishing. Didn't even offer to help. (butthead)
Hasn't been back on since. You MUST help wash down. At least offer.:)

Know the people who don't clean up. :mad: I had 8 guest on the boat. Brought a grill food and everything for a whole weekend. When we left for the day everyone would blaze. grab their stuff and then crickets. neeedless to say thye have not been back out either. what was really great about it is that everyone had such a great time that they always ask to go back. lol

Are you sure that some of the peps on the outing are not just duffuses???? Some people who don't boat, aren't aware of the rules. ( like surfing).
If there were some people who you may want back, you may need to politely enlighten them......
Or just don't bring them back, your call...lol;)

I had a dream I caught a large mouth bass that was so big i could hardle hold it up with one hand. It was over 2 1/2 feet long. Made some good filets and then I woke up. :(
Sure you didn't watch Bass Masters on ESPN before bed???? LOL

Nice. Now I'm going to have dreams again. Love makeing beer battered fresh bass nuggets. Ummm. Just brought back a bunch of catfish fromm my parents again. will be a fish fry weekend

Mmmm! Yummy, mercury, or accumulated pesticides if it is from deep in the interior. Ever seen a one eyed yellow bellied catfish? Cyclops catfish

Raised on my parents farm in their man made lake. Same with bass. All private property. No pollution where I get my fresh fish from.

Better go do a little more research....just cuz a canal doesn't dump into it doesn't mean the crap hasn't leeched into your water. Florida is a big pourous sponge.

No canals where my parents live. The closet walmart to them is over 30 miles. About 2 hours outside macon, ga in the middle of no where almost 100 acres, closest neighbor is 1/2 mile away
