how do I get songs off of my friends ipod and onto mine?

You can't take music off an ipod. Just go to your friends house, authorize the ipod on his computer, and move his library tunes to your ipod.

Does this program allow songs that are only authorized for one computer (those purchased legally from itunes) to transfer from ipod to ipod? Or Ipod to computer? oh, and without a validation login/password?

Eh, that's a waste of time.

I highly doubt, without a password and login, that it's possible to upload or even play music onto a computer that is not authorized.
